National Security

I support a strong national defense and will be a vocal advocate for North Carolina’s national security interests in Congress. It’s imperative that Members of Congress put politics aside and come together to strengthen and protect democracy at home and abroad. As a Member of the Financial Services Subcommittee on National Security, Illicit Finance, and International Financial Institutions, I’m working to crack down on bad actors and foreign adversaries who seek to exploit our financial institutions. It’s also critical that we work to bolster our supply chains, invest in U.S. manufacturing, and create good-paying jobs here in North Carolina.
